We stand behind the quality of our filtration products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

  Pack Securely

  Ensure the item is in its original packaging with all manuals and components included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
